  • HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

    We offer free shipping on orders above $50 all over Canada. 

  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

    Our products are not certified vegan. Some ingredients may be suitable for Vegans while others may not be.  There can also be a slight difference of opinion amongst Vegan consumers. The ingredients are on each box so they can easily be shared with Vegan consumers and staff to allow them to make the decision that is best for them.  

  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

    Our products are NOT tested on animals.

  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

    Our products are not certified Gluten Free.  


    We recommend to refer to the ingredients listed on the box and review the individual ingredients. 


    There are great resources such as the Canadian Celiac Association WWW.CELIAC.CA or the Association of European Coeliac Societies WWW.AOECS.ORG where you can research ingredients and read about the opinions of professionals in the Celiac community.

  • HOW ACCURATE ARE YOUR PRODUCT COLOURS/SWATCHES THAT CAN BE SEEN ON YOUR WEB SITE?

     We strive to represent our product colours as accurately as possible through high quality images. Please note that due to variances among colour monitors and different operating systems, the actual colour may vary slightly. 

  • ARE YOU HALAL CERTIFIED?

    Yes, Our Manufacturer ( For sourcing products ) renews their Halal Certification annually.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

     If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 15 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used(pictures may be required). A $10 administration fee will apply to all returns. This fee is used to offset the carbon footprint generated with the return and for the responsible disposal of the products. This fee will be automatically deducted from the reimbursement.

    We will respond to your request within 3 business days and will provide you with a return instructions.


    We do not cover the cost of shipping, unless the return is due to our error. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a specific timeframe once the returned items are received and inspected.

    YES WE DELIVER TO INDIA . ALL ORDERS ABOVE 100 CADS($) ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING.

  • ARE ALL IMPORTED GOODS SUBJECT TO CUSTOM DUTY ?

    CUSTOM DUTY CALCULATION DEPENDS ON SEVERAL CALCULATIONS. SOME COUNTRIES ALSO HAVE EXCEPTIONS .PLEASE REFER TO YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN FOR MORE DETAILS.

  • DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY ?

    ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE CANADA MAY OR MAY NOT BE ELIGIBELE FOR THE CUSTOM DUTY . IT IS THE RESPOSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER WHERE APPLICABLE .
